I just got my Charge HR and I can't get the calls to vibrate like they are suppose to. I've read a couple things about how to do it and it seems connected correctly but yet doesn't work. Please help! Thanks

@Bellamommy Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Try to restart your Charge HR. That can actually help with this vibration problem. If that doesn't work, I recommend to disconnect the call notifications from your cellphone on the app and then re-connecting them.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

This has also happened to me - with neither calls or texts vibrating; it worked initially, but now has stopped working. Did the reset and no change.

I figured out by accident that you can also turn off/on the vibrating from the device itself by pushing and holding the button...though this is not well documented - not sure why the help desk people did not suggest this as the problem. It is easy to accidently change the setting. Hope this helps you.

@Chasesmommy I hope you're doing well! I'm very glad to hear that it is now working for you! Thanks for sharing the workaround that worked for you. I'm sure this will help other users as well.
@TezzaLynne Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for trying all the workarounds provided. Just to get on page, can you tell me what kind of troubleshooting have you performed? Usually, the troubleshooting that helps is the following:
If you haven't done any of those, please try them out.
Keep me posted!

Dears,
I tried to check notifications by long press!
Tried reseting the Fitbit!
Tried to check no disturb!
Tried to encrypt, remove encryption..
Nothing worked!
In my opinion, this product not reliable as the last model!
In five days if still it is not fixed, I left with no option but to return

N7ouli,
With the latest Fitbit update, it longer sends you notifications if your phone is on silent. Turn your phone's ringer to vibrate or louder to have it send notifications. Hope this helps.
