I have an older Charge HR 2 and the plastic / rubbery thing on the strap that holds it in place has broken. (see attached photo)
This is the 2nd time this has happened - first time I used the one from my old fitbit to replace the broken one, but now this one has also broken
Do fitbit sell replacement parts? my one is about 4 years old and way out of Warranty
any advice would be appreciated

If it is actually part of the strap and not the tracker itself, Amazon (maybe also eBay, etc) sells many third-party bands for all Fitbit models in variety of styles, materials, and colors and very reasonable prices.
Fitbit doesn't sell any such replacement parts, only full bands and probably no longer for Charge HR.
