My Charge HR has stopped recording exercise steps, sleep, and steps in a challenge. At first it stopped syncing my steps in some challenges but not all. After the update last week, now it won't record my steps and my calories burned are not right and it is not recording my sleep. I have tried resetting my fitbit several times and turned my phone off and back on. I'm almost ready to invest in an Apple product. This is so frustrating especially when you earn your steps and should have won a challenge but end up losing. My device is syncing and shows the steps but not in a challenge or exercise.
