Charge HR stuck on off

So I was factory resetting my device and it's stuck on off. I've tried to power off and nothing happens. I plug it in, nothing happens. Please help!

Hello @Clyxos and welcome to the Community.  I want to clarify that you are using a Charge HR and not some other model.  I am writing this because you can restart a Charge HR, but it doesn't have a factory reset option.  Charge HR manual   I don't think you will get much help with this as Fitbit moved the Charge HR to its Legacy Device list in 2020.  It is pretty much past its expected lifespan.
