After I hold the button down, the green light flashes and my screen goes black. When it comes back on, it’s STILL the update bar. It’s been stuck on half for 2 whole days now. 

 

I’be looked under the “why can’t my Fitbit update?” post and it hasn’t helped at all. I can’t even restart my Fitbit. 

 

Seriously upset that I haven’t been able to see my stats.

Thanks for that. Saved me a headache. At first this didn’t work for me but after I re-read your instructions and realized I didn’t “forget device” in my phone’s Bluetooth settings. After that it worked like a charm. Right on!

I tried to go to the link, and I was denied access...?  I cannot get my Fitbit Charge HR to get beyond the half-filled update bar...  Thanks, any help would be appreciated.

the link took me to a page saying "access denied" and it said that i dont have access to the page. i wonder why?
