Preventive Plan is a website that tracks steps and gives reward points.  But, the Android app that came out at the beginning of December does not allow steps to be shown to the Preventive Plan.

Hello @RunLight, the Fitbit app or the Fitbit tracker will not connect to any third party app.

The Preventive Plan will need to connect to the Fitbit API and then will be able to connect to your account.

 

Since Fitbit does not setup third party access I suggest looking into the Preventive Plan FAQ, Help site, or contact them and ask them to connect up with Fitbit.
