My Charge HR step tracking is inaccurate. Sometimes more and sometimes not enough. I am wearing it correctly.

@Bevslay It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the inaccurate steps tracking issue that your Charge HR has experienced, I'd like to know if this issue happened before or if it started happening recently.
In the meantime, restart your Charge HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains more information about the accuracy of the Fitbit devices.
Finally, monitor your tracker and see if it tracks your steps accurately.

I am having the same problem mines reading the wrong steps I walked around the house and it's only reading 1 step something sure dont seem right with my Fitbit charge 3 I'm not sure if I need a new one or this problem could be fixed I even charged it and still isnt working right

@Shyangel74 Thank you for joining us in this thread. Since you mentioned that your Charge 3 is also experiencing steps tracking issues, I'd like to know if this issue happened before or if it started to occur recently.
