Charge HR will not hold a charge

I have tried cleaning contacts on the device and cable.  It charges but as soon as I disconnect the charging cable it immediately begins losing the charge.

This tracker is at least 3 years old. Lithium Ion batteries don't last forever. Probably time for a new one.
