My fitbit won't charge at all I have tried all of the solutions what am I supposed to do

 I have the same problem. When I connect the charger I get the squiggly line on the battery icon but it’s not moving

I looked at mine again yesterday and when I plugged it in the logo came up with the version number and then it started charging. Not sure why it started working again but it’s okay now. I have had mine for at least 3 years and have never had a problem with it before. This is the first time
