Brand new out of the box Charge HR does not connect to Galaxy 21 ultra or Iphone 13 pro. Has clear connection issue that every seems to be asking about and no one is answering. Tried every single troubleshooting effort from resetting all devices (yea 3 times in a row), alone with phones. Tried Toggling bluetooth on and off. Tried adjusting literally every single feature both operating systems have and it would not connect via bluetooth.
Is there something I'm missing or are these just e-waste now?

Hi @Jhull26 . The Charge HR is an old model and hasn’t received any support in several years. I don’t think you should spend any more effort trying to make it work. If you can’t get a refund, dispose of it properly as e-waste.
