Charge HR won't connect to Facebook

It keeps giving me an error message when I try to connect. It says to report it here but I can't find an official place to report it so I thought I would try here. Any tips?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Staciface, hope you're doing great today Smiley Very Happy! 

We've had some reports regarding the Facebook link not showing on the Sharing tab and our development team is aware of this issue. They'll be investigating this further and see what can be done to get this fixed. 

In the meantime you can go to https://www.fitbit.com/friends and click on the button to connect to Facebook. Clicking this button will offer the same options as the "Sharing" tab.

I haven't used my fitbit alta hr for a yr. (foot surgery). I can't get the correct time set. Please help.
