Just try to run through the 9 steps I have listed in another thread (linked below). We are all getting tired of this constant sync issue. A couple people today already had some successful connects after following the directions.

Worked perfectly. Thanks.

I have a problem too with time - and I'm using iPhone with the latest OS and fitbot dongle on the Mac... It's Fitbit that is the problem 😉

I wish I had researched more prior to my purchase. I would have bought a garmin.

Tried returning and getting a new Charge HR before ending up with the same problems. Device doesn't sync and no amount of resetting or factory resetting even seems to fix it for me. Really disappointed, when it worked I was pretty happy with the device but at this point I'm so sick of dealing with it I doubt I'll try much longer before just returning it and going with some other tracker.

Garmin are good but I had two fail within a year so swopped for the fitbit charge HR?! Not feeling overly impressed with this now not syncing.

Did you see my solution...it works every time.
FACTORY RESET ... Ignore the stuff at the beginning of the article and just do it.
IT IS THE FIX :

This worked!! I followed the steps and chose to set my device as a new one. I noticed that there was an update on the app which did the trick and hopefully will last the lifetime of the device without going back to the same problem. Like all the others, the solution was very elusive and to some even frustrating! I guess my patience paid off and thanks I came across to this post. Many thanks and hope this will further help others.

I had the same problem with the time off by several hours. I turned on my Bluetooth, turned on my Iphone, opened the fitbit app on the phone, plugged my Charge into the charger. The phone and Charge did an automatic update and then synched. I now have the correct time on both.
