Charge HR won't sync and is displaying wrong time of day

My charge HR all of a sudden will not sync and is displaying the wrong time of day. I have already reset it a couple times and nothing has changed. I'm not sure what else I can do?

You don't need to delete the account just add your new fitbit to your old account. You can have multiple fitbits on the one account.

Thanks for trying to help. I do know that. After this latest reset, I can't even get the software to move past the We Found Your Fitbit page. And yes, it's charged, and yes, the Bluetooth is off on all of my other devices. It just doesn't work anymore. I see everyone having the same problem that begins with the Charge HR not being able to sync. It isn't even a year old. I'm selling my Fitbit stock.

I did not get rid if my flex account. My Charge HR synched and it didn't matter.

I finally talked to tech support around March 20th. I disabled bluetooth
and she walked me through the Fitbit connect process using the dongle. My
charge has been syncing and keeping correct time ever since. I can only
sync with my laptop because there is not app for my windows phone.

I hope others will have similar success.

Mine still doesn't work., It just says off now.

First, I don't see the Fitbit icon near the clock and calendar at the bottom RH corner of the screen. 

 

Second, I opened bluetooth and found the device and bluetooth tells me that the HR fitbit is operating just fine and dandy. If that was the case then I would not be looking for help with the wrong time on the display.

 

Third, I don't get a message that the dongle is or is not connected. Probably becuse I can't right click on the icon because, again, the icon is not where it should be. In fact, the icon is not hidden.

 

I went to Store to get the app and was informed that I already have the app on my W10 PC.

 

So, what do I need to do to fix this thing?

I have had this problem also and still won't sync to my laptop. I exchanged for a new one and it too will not sync. Never had this problem with the little small one you carry in your pocket. More expensive is not always better. Wish I had gone with a Garman.

I have can Android and I can't sync it or see my steps or my sleep habits I'm very discouraged

In less that a year I have had to reset everything four times. Now even resetting everything doesn’t fix the problem. I am done wasting my time on this piece of crap.
