I received my new Charge HR yesterday. I took it out of the package and started trying to sync it to my phone. It didn’t turn on, so I assumed it needed to charge. I plugged it in and it said it had full charge, but I left it charging overnight anyways. When I tried again this morning, it would not turn on. Unless it’s plugged in, the screen will not turn on and I cannot do anything while it’s plugged in because it’s stuck on the charging battery screen. Any tips? Or should I look elsewhere?

Hello @EmmaHut and welcome to the Community. Can you please confirm that you have a Charge HR and not a different model? The Charge HR is a very old model, was discontinued in 2016, and is on Fitbit's Legacy Device list. Rechargeable batteries degrade in storage and I think your Fitbit has a dead battery.
