I bought a new Fitbit charge hr, I putted to charge, and the battery was complete charged. then I make the configuration with the app and everything.
And i successfully completed the configuration, but when I unplug the Fitbit, it doesn’t even turn on, meaning it doesn’t work, even if i press the button o holding it many seconds, it doesn’t turn in. I think maybe it’s a problem of battery but I Don not know, can someone help me please ? I already contact Fitbit on Twitter but they don’t give me an answer, so maybe here someone can help me. Hi @Gabriel1997 the Fitbit Charge HR was discontinued in summer of 2016, so yours is old. If the battery had died all these years, it probably isn't going to revive. All you can do is to keep trying the restart by pressing the button and see if it works. Are you able to return it to the place you bought it?
