I was given a charge HR and after charging I performed a factory rest after which I had hoped to connect to the app. It took a couple of attempts, I eventually got the Erase message, fitbit turned off as expected but now won't turn on again or show anything on the screen when plugged into charger. Have I broken it completely??!

Have you held in the button, or places the unit into its powdered up charger.
You will need to setup the Charge again.
