Charge HR wont update Date and time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been trying to update my Charge HR for about a month. It says an update is needed on my iphone app, but when I click it to update, it gets hung up on the "loading."  I have updated it on my computer but my phone app still says it needs to be done.

I have:

restarted my phone

restarted my fitbit

deleted the app and reinstalled

let it run for a few hours

changed time zones and then change it back to mine

The date and time are wrong and I cant get correct this. Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the Community @kbkw! To be able to update the Fitbit app on your iPhone, the phone itself needs to be updated. So, make sure you have the most updated Operation system on your iPhone and repeat the update. Then follow the instructions on this post to make your tracker sync and update the time and date.

Hope that works. If not, let me know!

  1. From Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.
  4. Tap Select time zone and select the correct time zone.
  5. Sync your Fitbit device.
