Charge HR2 will not stay charged

When I charge my Fitbit until fullly charged, it will die within an hour of taking it off the charger.  I’ve reset it as suggested on other posts.  Is there anything else I can do?

 Sorry @JGROUNDWATER I'm not sue which tracker you have.  You mention a charge HR 2 and fitbit never released a model with this name.  Your posting in the original Charge without heart rate. Do you have a ChargevHR or a Charge 2? I assume that or is nor a Charge 3. I only ask because different units have specific issues with their charging connections. 

 

I would say to use isopropyl alcohol to clean the contacts on both the charger and the tracker.
