Charge HRs with damaged screen and not turning on

Am over Fitbit, and will boycott the products. Two replacements sent. One with a crooked display, and one never turned on. Used the crooked display one until it is now peeling away at the Straps and barely hanging on. Why should we have to accept that these products only last a year.. if that! Not good enough!!

@Nini1000 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Sorry to hear about your issues with your Charge HR devices and for the delay in my reply. On the one that isn't turning on please try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

Let me know how it goes.
