Charge Hr won’t connect

Hi! I wanted to Message for help with my Fitbit hr. I’ve reset and factory reset the device, redownloaded the app and software multiple times, have everything up to date, redone my Bluetooth, and fully charged the hr but it’s not picking up anything 😞 I have a fully updated MacBook Air and iPhone 8 and both the app and software are the latest as well.

Ok @EliPurdy what is the problem? 

Does your tracker sync it's data to the cloud? 

Are you receiving notifications? 

When you try, the now not fully supported Macbook, do you turn your phones Bluetooth off

Hi! I am not receiving notifications or any synching at all. With my mac, I have everything around it with Bluetooth off. Same with my phone when I tried synching it there. The tracker is on and can charge, but isn’t being picked up by any of my devices at all.

So you are saying that you have a sync issue @EliPurdy 

Have you checked this doc

One more step, that support suggests, others have found use full, but not mentioned in help, is to clear the fitbit apps cache.
