Charge battery life below 12 hours

Hello,

I got a Charge 2 about 10 days ago. I love it but the battery is dead after 12 hours. When I go to bed at night with a full battery it's empty in the morning. When I charge it in the morning it's empty exactly 12 hours later.
I turned off the bleutooth on my phone, switched off the notifications, quick view, ... everything. But there's nog difference.

I don't thik that's supposed to happen.

I too am having trouble keeping a charge on my Fitbit charge HR. Mine actually won’t hold a charge at all. I have worn it every day for about 4 months now And all the sudden it just was dead while wearing it. I had just charged it overnight the previous night. I tried to reset it twice, even holding down the button for 20 seconds. It finally reset and I recharged it, only to have it die again. It’s charging currently again. I wonder if the battery needs replacement? How can I do that?

I am having sane problem as others with battery life of about 12 hours!!! Thus only started to be open in the last 3-4 days. First problem was battery empty & I followed advice & it worked.. Now the battery life is so low ithat it is a major pain!!!  HELP!!!

It been happening to me too. I fixed it by keeping it out of cold and hot areas and turning everything low on settings. Make sure your GPS is off and on low power

Mode. You can get a replace if you still have the problem.😊💕
