Charge fell apart when Changing the band

Hi, 

has anyone had any issues when changing there band!? 

My original bad has broken and seemingly it’s a quick click to change the band! 
As soon as I opened the back it’s just fell to pieces! 

The screen is no longer worked although the battery still seems to have life! 

Anyone else having these issues?

Hello @Shivy86 , may I ask which Fitbit you have? The Charge, has a glued on band, it will need to be cut off and a repair kit with a replacement band gets glued on.

It's the original fitbit.

I followed all the instructions and videos.

Unfortunately it fell apart and the screen is now bust.

You mention that changing your band is a quick click, but then say that you have a Charge, with no heart rate.

This band is glued on and may need being cut off. It is not a simple band to switch.
