Hello @Podunk
Not being able use voiceover to read the edit button must be incredibly frustrating for you! You should be able to adjust your Fitbit App with the tiles you want as well as disregard the tiles you don’t want. It’s designed to give the user of the Fitbit app the freedom of having the layout the way they personally choose as well only display things your interested in and hide the ones you don’t. You are absolutely correct that if Voiceover doesn’t recognize the edit button it renders it useless. I can try to notify a moderator on your behalf to provide you more guidance and address the edit button. I’m not sure if this has to be addressed in a future Update or something they can address right away but a moderator should be able to provide clarification.

I brought this up in community approximately one year ago. And have brought it up with the customer service people at Fitbit multiple times. As I have expressed in the past they do not seem to take my suggestions and issues seriously.
I have offered to speak with them at any time and express my concerns with the Fitbit app and as yet I’ve never received a response.

Hello again @Podunk
Have you tried calling them directly at Fitbit Customer Service at 877-623-4997? It might be better to get your point across that way. I understand frustrations with using a particular device with accessibility issues especially dealing with sight. I had a brain tumor removed in 2018. Luckily it was benign but the surgery resulted in my 6th cranial nerve beings severed which resulted in permanent double vision. It’s corrected with ground in prisms in my glasses but screens on mobile devices are hard on my vision without it being in dark mode. Unfortunately the Fitbit App is not (and no plans at this time) to offer dark mode. The point I’m making is any disability is a struggle in itself and it’s helpful when the tools built into the voiceover actually function the way it’s suppose to. (Or dark mode for myself) It needs to addressed and corrected so you can enjoy the Fitbit App as it was designed to be enjoyed. I truly hope this issue is addressed promptly. I don’t work for Fitbit but hopefully you reaching out to them directly will greatly improve your chances of bring awareness to your particular issue.
