Hi. A regular day. Went to charge the hr 2 after getting a low battery notification but after connecting the charging cable, while I saw the steady battery icon - no charging icon ever came up. Was able to scroll through the other icons - heart rate etc - just not the charging one. Cleaned both the cable and Fitbit as instructed after a search on line - but still nothing a day later, and Fitbit is now dead. Is there any way to know if it’s the Fitbit that’s off vs the charging cable?

Did you plug it into t different USB port?

Only other thing you could do is take t to a Best Buy or a place that sells them and try one of their chargers
