Hi I can not get my charge hr to do anything than go to the imput number screen then the app freezers and won't go any further tried all sorts is this a usual issue?

Im sorry @Betts1984 im not sure what you want to do or what a P20 is?

What is the number, and/or what OS thre purpose of this number?
