I have had my charge hr for over a year had trouble the last few days with it keeping a charge and the correct time. I removed the device from the app and my bluetooth and can’t reconnect it after following all the troubleshooting steps. Fitbit support said to get a new tracker. If I do it won’t be a fitbit. So disgusted I only had this product for over a year.

Why was the tracker removed from you Fitbit a count @Crazymama65? usually doing this so simply adds more problems.
