This morning, when I went to pick up my Charge that was on the charger overnight, it was VERY hot and now there is nothing on the display. What do I do?

I did but the choices are VERY limited - no email at all.
I went to chat and after waiting about 35 minutes, I finally got to Amy. She sent me the information to send the unit back for repair/replace. It will go out today.
