I just got a Charge 1 for Christmas. As I was syncing it with my phone, it died. When I left to put it on the charger for a while. When I came back to try and sync it again, my Charge wouldn't connect to my phone, showing a half-full bar and an exclamation point. I have tried restarting my device and I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, but nothing seems to work.
If anyone knows what is wrong or how I can reset my Charge, please let me know!

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community forum. Can you please clarify that you have a Charge or a Charge HR and not a newer model? The Charge and the Charge HR have been discontinued for so long that Fitbit has them on their list of Legacy Devices. I don't think that there is any expectation that it will work.
