My Fitbit only turns on while I have it charging and it only shows me a !, a lightning bolt, or a white battery

Hi @Nico_izaguirre. I recommend following these battery charging tips. Now charge your tracker in a USB wall charger if you have one. Leave it charging for a few hours and then restart it. Hopefully this fixes it. If not then it's best to check out the warranty info and contact Fitbit Support.

Welcome to the Community @Nico_izaguirre. If you are seeing a blank battery icon with an exclamation mark on it, I recommend fully charging your Charge. Once it is completely charged it will work properly.

I have tried this and it wont work. when unplugged from power nothing shows on the screen at all. When i plug it in it cycles from a full battery to a battery with an exclamation mark. I deleted device from Phone App, app was already update, i turned phone on and off and reattempted to restart fitbit charge. eventually on one of the goes, while searchingg for it on my phone app, it displayed 4 digits to connect to the phone app. It connected but still wouldnt turn on. App shows phone is connected, but i cant turn it on, cant see the time, cant reset and cant use it in any way. can you help. this happened once before and i think i just made sure app was up to date plugged in to the computer to charge and reset and it started.

the fitbit charge is a few years old not, but it has hardly been worn and rarely used, so it is very disappointing that i cant get it to work. Please HELP

I am having this exact same problem. Have you managed to find a solution by any chance?
