For the past couple of weeks my fitbit has not been logging active minutes and calories correctly. I go on regular walks on the same route - nothing at all has changed - however my stats are incorrect now for some reason. My walk takes me an hour approx, so previously active minutes would have been 59 / 60 which is a true reflection and calories would be between 400 - 450. Today for example I did the same route and my active minutes were 15 and calories 200.
I have restarted my fitbit many times and no change. Anyone else experiencing this?
