Charge three is getting hot and not charging

Fitbit was writing fine earlier today, bit this evening it's lost charge, I've connected it to the charger but it doesn't appear to be charging and it's getting very hot.

I had the exact issue!!!

 

I bought mine on 11th Nov 2019, and I was so worried when I found this problem a few days after 11th Nov 2020, that I may not have a warranty anymore.

If that's the case, I don't think I will buy another Fitbit, as it is progressing very slowly in Malaysia, especially with the Fitbit pay, nothing came out about it still.

Luckily, I contacted support, and they told me my device is still under warranty, so they will send me a replacement.

 

Thank you Fitbit for great customer support, but please, improve on product quality, as I believe Fitbit is selling at a premium price, and we bought it because of its product feature and quality, not their customer support, that's the last thing we hope we get into.
