Charge turns off after reaching my step goal.

 I was wondering if any one could help, I reach my goal daily and when I do the charge vibrates and then the screen goes blank and it doesn't come back on. is their something i can do to fix the problem?  Any suggestions would be helpful.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Charge, then leave it plugged in and charging for 2 hours. After that monitor it and check if the tracker turns itself off after you reach your step goal.
