Charge2 Not accurate for sleep & Awake cycles

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Over the past month I’ve noticed that my Charge2 isn’t accurately recording my sleep. For instance the other morning it had that I had woke at 7:10am however by 7:10am I was already showered, dressed and feeding my kitties before heading out the door for work. This morning it showed that I was awake at 4am ( bathroom break) but I didn’t sleep after that yet it was sleep in day for me so I slept until 9am. These are just 2 examples. Between this Charge2 and my Aria scale I am so done with Fitbit.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't detecting your sleep correctly. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to if it is not detecting your sleep, if on the contrary it is not detecting your movement when you wake up the do the opposite. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time.

Let me know how it goes!
