Charge2 screen non responsive on wrist and no pulsing green lights, also when connected too the charge cradle Fitbit will not restart but displaying previous days data after 4 sec count..

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It seems that your device isn't properly charging nor restarting. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
