Since the last update that would not update properly, I had to remove my Charge 2 and re-add and since then nothing has worked properly. It doesn’t automatically sync, the app has to be re-synced every time I want to see a step, the sleep is way off, heart rate does not show, Sometimes I can walk 10 flights of stairs and it shows three and other times I can walk three flights of stairs and it shows 10. This is not the first time Fitbit has had major problems. It’s so frustrating.
