Second hand charge2 (was mums, connected fine to her iphone) will go as far as giving my samsung a40 phone the 4 digits needed to connect, but then the phone says "connection failed". I've checked bluetooth, location etc, and forced stops etc, what do I do next?

having similar problems in that only synchs intermittently, had it from new and problems only been happening over last few months. All updates installed.
