Charge2 does not turn on anymore

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

One week ago my charge2 stopped to track heart signal. Two days ago it

suddenly turn off and have fixed green sensor lights. Nothing appear on display. If I charge it, then the battery icon appears as usual. When fully charged I wear it , it works (w/o hearth signal) but after a few mins it turns off again.

I try to connect to laptop and esclamative mark symbol is shown on the display.

Any help would be really appreciated 😞

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Giotrail. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 2 doesn't turn on anymore.

When you get the exclamation mark symbol may be the battery not charging properly. Please follow these steps:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.

Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?

  • Restart your device. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

@AndreaFitbit I cleaned the device and still using same cable as I have been done until now without issue. The Fitbit got full charged but after some mins run out of battery (4%).

What sounds strange is that the sensor lights are fixed and not blinking as in the past . However it is tracking and syncing even if screen is black (battery with esclamative mark).

Any suggestion ?
