I also lost my sleep score as well as my heart rate stats but as of May 21. Any help about resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I just spent a few minutes with support on the chat app on the FitBit site and seems in my case this is a device failure and that it no longer is able to "read" my heart rate. They are checking warranty options but I believe the warranty is for a year and that I have owned this much longer than that.

Got my sleep score back... not sure how. But i am also getting calendar notifications of my sons(he is connected to my fitbit acct.) continually. I was messing with notification settings and updates when this all happened.

I charged my Fitbit charge2, the next night no sleep score again. Yet today I have a sleep score. I changed nothing. So weird. Seems when I am able to get a sleep score I also get my sone calendar notifications!? I unfriended him on this app and synced my device. If I turn off notifications I won’t get my phone txt notifications.. something is off..still no clear answer.
