Charge2 not charging anymore after cracked screen

I own a 5 year old Charge2 and have enjoyed everything about it until one week ago when the screen kept freezing up. Still, the watch transmitted info to the app.

Then a few days later I began noticing cracks from the inside to develop even though the watch was never banged against anything!

Now, after letting the battery fully drain, I tried to charge the watch, but nothing happens. The watch is completely dead!!!

Hi @Bibe  five years is a pretty good life span for your Charge 2. Sounds like it's time to get a new device and there are so many different styles of Fitbit now!
