Charge2 not pairing on syncing with samsung galaxy j3

My Charge2 was working just fine. However, 2 weeks ago it stopped syncing. I have tried resetting it, unsyncing, restarting the phone, reinstalling the app.  Nothing worked. Now it won't even pair.  Has there been an update that has fried my system? Any advice to fix the problem? (I have tried the help on the fitbit site) Thanks

Hi, I have the same problem. Since 5/5 my Charge2 isn't syncing anymore. I tried the same solutions but it's not working

I have a galaxy 8+ & mine stopped syncing on the 3rd of may. Idk what to do either

Same here.   All was fine until 6/6...

Now, wont sync.

Bluetooth on,  location on. No other devices nearby,  battery fine...

yup my charge 2 is now invisable to my new j3 ,it worked with my old samsung, the app works but the phone does not send notifications because the watch is invisible. oh well. no notifications but at least my app talks to the phone weird
