For the past two weeks my Fitbit is not showing in my Dashboard. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it numerous times with no luck and have also tried the web version.
When reinstalling the app I connect to my Fitbit and it says paired and shows in my Bluetooth setting on my laptop as paired but it not showing in the app. It's not connected to anything else via Bluetooth.
Any help appreciated

If it's not showing on your dashboard then it's probably become disconnected from your account for some reason. (NB I am referring to the connection between the app and the Fitbit, not the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the Fitbit)
If this is the case then you'll need to go through the setup process again to reconnect it. On the main dashboard page of the app select your profile image at the top left to get to the account page. There select "set up a device" and follow the prompts.

Thank you for that. I have tried that numerous times and even set up another account with no joy. I have enclosed a couple of screenshots to show my Fitbit is recognised by my laptop (Windows 10) and that my account is active. It even shows all my old notifications.
I have also tried it on my android phone with no joy.

When you do an add device, and try to add a Charge 2, does the app tell you that you already have a charge 2 connected

Thank you. I have now managed to get the app to work on another android phone after doing what you suggested, although it took a few attempts.
As it is now working I am leaving well alone.
