 Charges not syncing just changeddit phones bother android phone

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure that there isn't still a connection to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

 

Also, have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
