Charge2 shows 0 active minutes

The active minutes in my Fitbit are showing 0. For some reason about a month ago they started showing zero. I have done the troubleshooting steps, chatted with Fitbit, turned the heart rate off and on.  I’m at a loss. It’s always some kind of problem that I am unable to correct.

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?

That might be about the time 'Active Minutes" changed to 'Active Zone Minutes", which are what you should be seeing instead of Active Minutes.  With that switch, the calculation for what qualifies as Active Zone Minutes also changed, generally changing to higher heart rate requirements.  I wonder if it just that you are not reaching the new levels.  You can see the new zones by tapping 'Zone Minutes' on phone app.

Added:  My bad.  I was thinking Versa 2 rather than Charge 2.  Above response is not relevant to Charge 2.

Funny thing, my ap isn’t showing active zone minutes and I can’t find that setting anywhere? I deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s not there?

My mistake.  Sorry for putting you through the extra work.  I saw "Charge 2" but was thinking "Versa 2".  The Charge 2 is still on Active Minutes rather than Active Zone Minutes, so my original response was wrong and totally irrelevant.
