Charge2 stopped picking up heart rate

My charge 2 stopped picking up my heart rate yesterday mid-bike ride and I haven’t been able to get it working since. Any suggestions?

Hello @ALong 

I would first check to make sure your heart rate wasn’t accidentally turned off in your Charge 2 device. If you're wearing the tracker correctly and the heart rate setting isn't turned off, try changing the setting (either Auto to On or On to Auto) and then syncing your tracker. The change won't take affect until you sync. If the problem persist I’d try restarting your Charge 2 to see if that fixes the problem.
