The past few days, the Fitbit Charge2 won't stay charged more than 10 minutes. I charge the Fitbit, it shows that it is 100% charged, but within 10 minutes the charge is gone. I have tried to reset, but that doesn't make a difference. The Charge2 is around 5 years old. I have tried different chargers, different computers, and a wall plug. It doesn't matter what method that is used to charge.

I'm experiencing the same problem, but noticed a few days ago that the lights on the back of the fitbit were steadily ON. They do not blink. They do not stop. They are just ON. That may explain why it drains so quickly. But how to (A) start the lights blinking again, and then (B) make them stop after a short time like it used to.
