Hello Community,

After the recent Fitbit update my Charge2 will no longer show active minutes. App shows Zone Mins, but nothing is being recorded. Looked for an update to my Charge2, but couldn't find anything. Is this no longer being supported?

I noticed the change to zone minutes too.

 

It's to help keep your heart rate in a targeted zone during workouts for maximum results. But it only works well with the devices designed for heart rate tracking like the versa. Seems like they just changed the terminology and put the data in a fancy graph.

I have the same issue. I have a charge 2 and Versa 2. Zone minutes don’t display within the iOS app, and active minutes are gone. Very annoying. I’m not sure how this really benefits anyone.
