The device is connected to the Iphone 5s (Ios version 12.4.5). Bluetooth connection shows connection to "Charge3 - Connected". After a status that the device is being synchronized with the phone a red bar appears and the text "Failed to Sync Devi ..." Where is the problem?

I managed to solve the problem myself....
Steps I take on the device: Charge3
Settings --> About --> Reboot Device
Information regarding the sync issue no longer appears
