Charge3 no longer holds battery charge

I bought my charge 3 in March 2019; battery life is normally around 5-6 days. I use always sync, bluetooth always on, screen wake etc with no problem. Over the last few days battery life has dropped to a few hours so something is wrong. Can you advise on the best course of action, please?

Hi @Abelone  Have a read of THIS Help Article on Battery life. If nothing there helps then younwill need to contact Support
