Charge3 screen display is warped and flickering on and off

Lately my Charge 3 screen display is flickering and looking all wonky, to the point that it's unreadable. I'm having to rely on my iPhone to check the time and look up all of my Fitbit info on the app. Sometimes it goes back to normal readable display, but 80-90% of the time it's all messed up and unreadable. Rebooting the watch hasn't helped at all.

if you can, I suggest you return the product and get a new.

 

I have tried to deal with their customer support, they are unbelievably slow.

I has a similar issue and i am waiting over 40 days to get my product replaced
