Charge3 won't respond to movement or tapping even after reboot

Hi,

When my hand is down and then raised up to see the watch, it doesn't come on.

I can't tap- no response (or maybe there's no tap with this one). Only if stop my workout and press the button can I see anything.

Please help! Mine is very new.

Hold in side button to get to Quick Settings.  Check 'Screen Wake' is on;  if that doesn't do it, check 'Sleep Mode' is off.
